You can call into any branch of Bank of Ireland to order your first Debit card.

Need help finding your local branch?

  1. Log into your BoI profile using the app or 365 online
  2. On the home screen, tap on Cards
  3. Select Replace damaged card under the card you need to replace
  4. Tap Order card

Alternatively you can order a replacement card through your branch or by calling us at the relevant number below.
